Bottled up the hot sauce. It tastes pretty good. In an earlier post I said it was as hot as Tabasco. Now I’m not sure.
Sophie of Sophie’s Choice gave me a dozen small jars to bottle it up. Sophie is renowned for making the best pickles in the valley. Her fermented pickles made me a believer in fermented food.
The sauce has been tested on eggs, stir-fries and with tomato juice. So far so good. It is ready to be given away or traded.
