RCE_5726Willow keeps watch in the carrot patch.

Half of the garden is pulled or dying. The other half is doing it’s best to reach maturity before frost in late August or early September.

It’s not that far away.

Last night Lisa and I had a garden stir fry with carrots, onions, garlic, chard, celery, kale and three different types of squash.

The mornings are cooler. The tomatoes are working. The same as the cabbage.
