aurora

Willow, the Good Neighbour and I headed out at three this morning. The northern lights were spiking, but had died down by the time we were in the mountains. Still, the glow of the aurora was bright enough to wash out the Milky Way. It was about as bright a moonless night as is possible! The Good Neighbour and Willow are quite fond of each other. Willow decided to show off by trying to find the owl that was hooting in the distance. All in all a good way to start the day.
