It’s coming up on Easter. My youngsters are on their way to see us. I haven’t seen Cooper Cash for at least a couple months. He is damn near walking! I want to be with him outside. I want to see him crawl in the grass and put his hand on ants.I want to be the one to grab the cuff of his collar just before he falls in the lake watching a waterspider.
When you get older you change. That doesn’t mean the fire goes out of your belly. It just means you can slow down enough to enjoy more.
Our kids are on their way. Lisa has brought the last of the Christmas baking out of the freezer.
I’m not sure what I will do when they get here.
Until then I’ll hold my breath.
