Bob these shot are exquisite! The deer pic is absolutely Amazing!!! I’m just about speechless .. That’s saying something 😀
Thanks Julie. We have a lot of deer here. Sometimes they can be a nuisance. Especially in summer when they are eating the garden. Take care.
Gorgeous, Bob! I love the pic of the deer- it gives the feel of a ‘tramp camp’, where the deer are partying after a hard day of foraging in my yard Almost makes me feel kindly toward them! Almost…….
Thanks. I still don’t feel that kindly towards them. The other night one was in the garbage. I tried to shoo it and it just looked back at me. So the rage came over me and I grabbed apiece of driftwood and chased it. I threw the driftwood with intent, missing by a mile. Knowing I was disarmed, the deer stopped to chew my garbage. During the chase I discovered I’d pulled a muscle in my abdomen.
That first mountain photo is so much like one of my favourite mountains here in the Lake District – Skiddaw 🙂
Hello Carol, The first Pioneers in this area were English who thought the area looked like the Lake District in England. I looked up Skiddaw and it does resemble this area.
I’m sure Skiddaw is much smaller though 🙂
