Lisa makes Kale Chips and they are delicious. We still have lots of Swiss Chard in the garden. It is a wonderful vegetable and still going strong regardless of below zero temperatures. Tonight I made ‘Chard Chips’, and they are damn good.

Here is what to do:

Preheat oven to 350° Cut the thick ribs out of the chard. Toss leaves in bowl with pepper, salt, garlic and olive oil (I like lots of pepper). Spread on racks on cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes until crispy. They are delicious!
