The Milky Way.
Spent the night in the bush looking for clear skies. The dogs and I shared a steak cooked over the fire. I waited for the moon to go down at 2 am before I brought out the camera. The skies didn’t disappoint. I was in a spot that was exceptionally dark, with no sign of light pollution in any direction. The morning got down to -6°c. I brought back a big load of firewood for next winter – birch, larch and pine. Cutting it brought me back to life.
